On-site: 90 minutes (5-6 papers)
Online: 50 minutes (3-4 papers)
Colloquium Overview: 300 words (including references)
Abstracts: 300 words per paper abstract (including references)
For Colloquium Organizers: The colloquium organizer(s) are responsible for coordinating and submitting the following:
Colloquium Overview:
Submit a single description of the overall theme of the colloquium.
Include the following details:
The main focus and objectives of the colloquium.
How the session time will be allocated among individual papers.
Whether there will be time for discussion and how it will be organized (e.g., moderated Q&A, open discussion).
Whether a discussant will be included and what their role will be.
Word Limit: 300 words (including references).
Colloquium Paper Abstracts:
Collect a 300-word abstract (including references) for each paper in the colloquium.
Ensure that these abstracts do not include author names, affiliations, or any identifying information.
Include all individual paper abstracts as part of the single colloquium submission package.
Submission Process:
Submit the full colloquium package in the format of a document, including:
The Colloquium Overview.
Abstracts for each Individual Paper.
Coordination:
Ensure that all participants are informed of their responsibilities (see below).
Colloquium Organizers Submit:
The Colloquium Overview (describing the theme, structure, discussion time, and role of the discussant).
All Individual Paper Abstracts (collected from participants, anonymized, and included in the submission package).
Colloquium Paper Authors:
Provide their abstract to the colloquium organizer.
Complete their registration (submit a separate registration form and pay the fee directly to the conference).
