Please note: These dates are tentative. Depending on when the peer review of the manuscript is completed, authors may be contacted earlier or later than the dates indicated and will be assigned a deadline accordingly.

Presenter Registration

Regular Registration: 15 April – 18 June, 2025

General Audience Registration (First come first serve)

Due to limited campus capacity, registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we reach maximum capacity, registration will be closed.
